The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has officially released the admit cards for the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Documentation stage of the Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Paramedical Staff Recruitment 2026. Candidates who successfully registered for the recruitment drive can now access their call letters via the official recruitment portal.

The testing process, which includes the physical assessment and document verification, is set to commence on September 14, 2026. Applicants are urged to download their hall tickets immediately to verify their allotted examination centre and specific reporting time.

Recruitment Overview and Vacancies

This recruitment drive aims to fill 24 positions across specialized medical roles. The distribution of vacancies is as follows:

  • ASI Pharmacist: 18 posts
  • ASI Lab Technician: 5 posts
  • ASI X-Ray Technician: 1 post

Selected candidates will be placed under Level-5 of the 7th Central Pay Commission, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300, in addition to standard government allowances.

Selection Process and Physical Standards

The selection process is multi-staged and includes a written examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Documentation, Basic Vocational Aptitude Test (BVAT), and a final Medical Examination. Regarding physical standards, the mandatory height requirement for General, EWS, SC, and OBC candidates is 170 cm for men and 157 cm for women. Male candidates must also meet a chest measurement requirement of 80–85 cm. It is important to note that specific relaxations in these standards are available for candidates from certain reserved categories and designated regions.

The application window for this recruitment concluded on July 7, 2026, and only those who qualified in the initial screening are eligible to appear for the upcoming PST and documentation sessions.
