Police and firefighters were seen at the shopping centre in Greenhithe at around 3pm today (May 9).
A cordon has been set up on the upper level between Krispy Cream Doughnuts and the Next clothes shop.
Pictures, seen by the News Shopper, show emergency vehicles outside Bluewater while shoppers waited outside the building.
The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed.
