City awards $15M to community projects, including new Rainier Beach health clinic
The Tubman Center for Health and Freedom was awarded to support construction of a custom-built facility in Rainier Beach.
The city of Seattle is awarding 18 community projects a total of $14.8 million to help get shovels in the ground and the new assets closer to opening.
