Ticket booking is now open for WTM London 2026, part of RX Global. Serving as the world’s most influential travel and tourism event for almost five decades, this year’s show is set to build on last year’s record‑breaking performance, with several new features and standout experiences introduced across the show floor.

Taking place at Excel London from 3–5 November, WTM London 2026 will once again act as the premier global meeting place for travel industry professionals, stakeholders and decision‑makers, drawn by an enhanced conference programme, an expanded schedule of networking events and unrivalled business opportunities.

Last year’s show was the biggest and most successful to date. A total of 182 countries were represented; exhibitor numbers increased 5% year‑on‑year – driven in particular by the rapidly expanding Travel Tech region (+55%) – and total attendance rose to 46,500. The event also welcomed 5,500 high‑quality buyers (up 8% year‑on‑year), while confirmed business meetings surged 16% to more than 40,000, helping generate over £2.2 billion in business deals directly attributed to WTM London.

For 2026, WTM London is charging for visitor tickets from the commencement of the registration campaign, bringing it in line with other comparable global travel events. Initially the ticket price is frozen at 2025 levels and will be reinvested into the event to support growth, new features and added value for attendees.

By purchasing a ticket before the 1 August, visitors will save 50% versus on-the-day pricing and will ensure that they have access to the expert speaker line-up, the full version of the WTM Global Travel Report, thousands of exhibitors from across the globe as well as new features including the recently launched WTM Travel Tech, a co-located event designed to cater for the increasing demand and growth of the sector.

Following a successful debut, WTM TrendFest will return in 2026, taking on a more prominent position at the heart of the show, while WTM TV returns bigger and bolder, with larger screens and increased visibility across the show floor to ensure key moments are truly unmissable.

WTM London will also unveil a refreshed conference programme for 2026, introducing a new stage format alongside the return of its most established features. This year’s theme for the content will be Resilience, rebound & reinvention: the next era of global travel.

New for 2026 is the WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage, hosted and curated by WTM’s official consumer media partner, Wanderlust, bringing a more outward‑facing perspective to the programme.

Speakers for the Wanderlust Headliner Stage have also been announced today and include:

  • Andrew Flintham, Managing Director, British Airways Holidays
  • Gloria Guevara, President & CEO, World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC)
  • Sir Michael Palin, Actor, Writer, Traveller
  • Patricia Yates, CEO, VisitBritain/VisitEngland
  • Rob Ransom, SVP and Chief Strategy Officer, Booking Holdings

Alongside this, the Trends Stage, Experience Hub and the Future Stage will feature senior C‑suite voices and industry leaders, curated with input from leading expert advisors and addressing the forces shaping the global travel sector. Flagship features including the WTM Ministers Summit in association with UN Tourism and WTTC and the ITT Future You Forum will return for 2026, complemented by expanded networking opportunities designed to encourage meaningful connection both on and off the conference stages.

The popular WTM Global Travel Report will also be presented as part of the programme, providing critical insight into changing traveller behaviours and key industry trends. Each ticket booking includes full access to this comprehensive report, equipping businesses with the insight they need to stay ahead in a fast‑evolving global market.

For the first time, the Egyptian Tourism Authority has been announced as WTM London’s Premier Partner for 2026, reflecting Egypt’s growing presence at the event and its long‑term commitment to tourism growth. In 2025, Egypt welcomed nearly 19 million international visitors, a 21% increase on 2024 and well above the global average growth rate of 5%.

Chris Carter‑Chapman, Event Director, WTM London, said:

“WTM London 2025 set many records, providing us with an impressive platform for further success and growth in 2026. We look forward to welcoming the global travel industry in London to create new opportunities, fresh connections and more prosperity for our sector.”
