NEW DELHI – The Border Security Force (BSF) has officially released the admit cards for the upcoming Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment of Head Constable (Ministerial) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Stenographer. Aspiring candidates can now download their e-admit cards in preparation for the examinations, which are set to commence on September 1, 2026.

The much-anticipated admit cards were made available on August 19, 2026, accessible through the official BSF recruitment portal. This release marks a crucial step for thousands of candidates who applied for these prestigious positions within the Border Security Force. The e-admit card is a mandatory document, containing vital information such as the candidate’s assigned test venue, examination date, and reporting time.

How to Download Your BSF HCM and ASI Steno Admit Card:

Candidates are advised to follow a clear and straightforward process to obtain their admit cards:

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the official BSF recruitment portal.
  2. Access Recruitment Section: Locate and click on the "Current Recruitment Openings" section.
  3. Select Admit Card Link: Find and click on the specific link designated for the "BSF exam admit card for HC Ministerial and ASI Steno candidates."
  4. Enter Login Credentials:
    • Your BSF Roll Number will serve as your login ID.
    • Your initial password is your date of birth, which must be entered in the DDMMYYYY format.
  5. Complete CAPTCHA: Enter the provided CAPTCHA code accurately.
  6. Login: Click on the "Login" button.
  7. Password Change (If Prompted): If prompted, change your password for security purposes.
  8. Download Admit Card: Open and download the e-admit card in PDF format.
