JORDAN ALLNER, 30, and of Commercial Road in Poole, admitted to two counts of failing to provide specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver in Randalls Hill in Lychett Minster on December 11 and in Bournemouth Custody on March 28. Allner was banned from driving for 48 months, ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, 20 rehabilitation activity requirements days and pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
MELISSA HARIANTO, 35, and of no fixed abode, was found guilty of two counts of assault by beating, in Whitemoor Holt in Wimborne on November 19, 2023 and two counts of the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Wimborne on February 25 and 26, 2024. Harianto was conditionally discharged for two years, handed a restraining order prohibiting her from contacting the victims directly or indirectly or to enter Heathfield Road in West Moors or to enter a property in Whitemore in Wimborne for two years and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26.
CHARLES FORD, 21, and of Lower Road in South Cheriton, was found guilty of hunting a wild mammal with dogs in Mullins Farm on Bagber Common on October 13, 2024. Ford was fined £648 and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £650 and a victim surcharge of £260.
ANNA MARTIN, 43, and of Southcote Road in Bournemouth, admitted to being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on May 29. Martin was conditionally discharged for 24 months and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
JOHN SHERWOOD, 38, and of May Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted to one count of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Bournemouth on October 19 and one count of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Poole on October 19. Sherwood admitted to two counts of breach a non-molestation order in Bournemouth on August 9 and October 10. Sherwood was handed an 11-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months, handed a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting two victims or enter a property in Fraser Road in Poole and a property in Richmond Park Road in Bournemouth for three years, ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £100 in compensation, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £100 and a victim surcharge of £154.
