New Delhi, India – India’s Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), a government agency, has successfully concluded a tender for the provision of 1 gigawatt (GW) of firm and dispatchable renewable energy available around-the-clock (FDRE-RTC). The tender resulted in a competitive tariff of INR 5.25, which translates to approximately USD 0.05 or EUR 0.04 per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
