Investcorp Fuels Indian Logistics Boom with $58 Million Acquisition of 20Cube 3PL Solutions

Mumbai, India – August 19, 2026 – Global alternative investment firm Investcorp, headquartered in Bahrain, has significantly bolstered its presence in India’s burgeoning logistics sector with the acquisition of 20Cube 3PL Solutions for approximately 5 billion Indian rupees ($58 million). This strategic move positions Investcorp to capitalize on the country’s rapid economic growth and burgeoning manufacturing output, driving demand for sophisticated supply chain solutions.

The acquisition targets 20Cube 3PL Solutions, a digital-first contract logistics platform renowned for its agile and technology-driven approach. Investcorp’s investment will provide crucial capital to support 20Cube founders Anand Seetharaman and Ranjan Kedia in expanding the company’s comprehensive suite of offerings. This expansion is directly aimed at meeting the escalating demand fueled by India’s increasing manufacturing activity and a growing consumer market.

"India’s logistics sector is undergoing a transformative period, driven by government initiatives, e-commerce growth, and a push towards ‘Make in India’," stated a spokesperson for Investcorp. "Our investment in 20Cube 3PL Solutions reflects our confidence in this trajectory and our commitment to supporting innovative companies that are at the forefront of this evolution."

A core component of Investcorp’s growth strategy for 20Cube involves a substantial commitment to future expansion. Investcorp and 20Cube plan to inject an additional INR 5 billion to INR 7.5 billion ($78 million) into the market, specifically targeting the acquisition of synergistic contract logistics businesses. This proactive approach aims to consolidate and strengthen 20Cube’s market position, expanding its geographical reach and service portfolio.

The transaction entails a strategic carve-out of the India contract logistics business from its Singapore-headquartered parent, 20Cube Logistics. The parent company will now concentrate its efforts on its core international freight forwarding operations, allowing 20Cube 3PL Solutions to focus exclusively on the dynamic Indian domestic market.

Currently, 20Cube’s India contract logistics business manages an impressive portfolio of over 7 million square feet of warehousing space. It serves a diverse and robust client base, including large enterprise customers across key sectors such as consumer durables, chemicals, automotive components, and engineering goods. This established foundation positions 20Cube 3PL Solutions for immediate and significant growth following Investcorp’s investment.

The acquisition underscores a broader trend of international investors recognizing the immense potential within India’s logistics and supply chain sector. As India continues its journey towards becoming a global manufacturing hub, efficient and technologically advanced logistics infrastructure will be paramount. Investcorp’s strategic investment in 20Cube 3PL Solutions is a clear indicator of this evolving landscape and the lucrative opportunities it presents.
