Lisa Hochstein’s ex-partner, Jody Glidden, was arrested and taken into custody on charges of felony. As per the latest reports shared online, Gildden has been released on bail and has filed a plea of not guilty. Read ahead to know more about the case.
Jody Gildden is charged with interception of communication and felony
As per the latest reports by PEOPLE, the ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star’s ex-partner was arrested and taken into custody by the authorities on April 12. He was charged in Miami, Florida for interception of wire, oral or electronic communications, which is considered a felony in the state. He did not stay long in custody, as a day later, a USD 5000 bail was paid off for him. As per the reports, Gildden has submitted an official plea with the authorities, citing that he is not guilty. Not only that, but he has also requested a jury trial as well.

The report also cites that both Hochstein and Gildden had been listed as co-defendants in another case from March. Not many details were provided; however, the report cited that both of them were under investigation for intercepting oral statements that were made by Hochstein’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein.A statement from the report read that the duo “did unlawfully and intentionally intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure another person to intercept or endeavor to intercept … oral statements by Leonard Hochstein.” The events happened somewhere between March 12, 2023, and March 31, 2023. It was also confirmed that while Gildden was taken into custody, there is no indication that Lisa was arrested as well. Lisa and Lenny were together for around 13 years, though the two separated in 2022 after he officially filed for divorce. The divorce was finalized 2 years later in November 2024. As per the divorce settlement, Lenny was ordered at the time to give USD 15,000 per month to Lucy in child support for their two kids: son Logan, who is 10, and daughter Elle, who is 6 years old.
