The TV picks for matchweeks 2-5 in the Premier League have been confirmed with Man United’s game against Manchester City given a new date and kick-off time.
United will face City in their fourth Premier League game of the season
The first Manchester derby of the season has been handed a new date and kick-off time with Manchester United hosting Manchester City on Sunday, 13 September at 4.30pm.
When the Premier League fixtures were released a little under three weeks ago United learnt that they would compete in their first Manchester derby of the 2026/27 season in matchweek four. The clash was provisionally scheduled for Saturday, 12 September at 3pm, but, as expected, the game has been moved for TV coverage and will take place the following day at 4.30pm.
United will travel to newly-promoted Hull City for their first game of the new campaign on Saturday, 22 August (12.30pm kick-off). After that they will host Ipswich Town in their first game of the season at Old Trafford before a trip to Hill Dickinson Stadium to face Everton.
Then comes the Manchester derby before a trip to Fulham. The Premier League have now confirmed the broadcaster picks for matchweeks 2-5 in the 2026/27 season, and all of the United games in that period have been moved.
The clash with Ipswich has been moved to Sunday, 30 August (4.30pm kick-off), United will face Everton on Sunday, 6 September (2pm kick-off) and the game against Fulham will take place on Sunday, 20 September (4.30pm kick-off).
