Jio Studios, the banner that backed the mighty Dhurandhar franchise, will distribute Ram Charan’s Peddi in North India. At the release date press meet, makers stated that Peddi will have a wide release in the Hindi belt on June 4 with Jio Studios presenting the sports action drama.
Ram Charan is quite popular among the Hindi audiences, and his scintillating performance in RRR as Alluri Seetharama Raju left them awestruck. The Peddi team believes that the film’s content will resonate among audiences across languages.
Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru and presented by Mythri Movie Makers, Peddi stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Shiva Rajkumar, Divvyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, Boman Irani, and Sai Kumar play key roles. Shruti Haasan will be seen in a special song. AR Rahman is the music composer.
