For instance, a candidate based in Delhi-NCR reported receiving an SMS indicating Dhanbad in Jharkhand as their test city, while the applicant portal showed a completely different location. Similarly, another candidate mentioned receiving Churachandpur in Manipur via SMS and email, only to find Surat listed as their allotted city on the portal. A candidate from Kerala also reported being assigned Bilaspur, despite it not being one of their selected states. These discrepancies created uncertainty and led candidates to question which communication channel to trust for their critical examination details.
