New president at LSU Foundation, WWII Museum leader departs | Business News


South Louisiana businesses and nonprofit groups recently announced the following promotions, new hires and resignations.

Erin Clancey




Erin Clancey, the associate vice president of collections and exhibits at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, has been hired as the executive director of the California Museum in Sacramento. Clancey, a native of Davis, California, has worked at the World War II museum since 2017.

Stan Guidroz, CEO of Toucan Gaming, has been promoted to chief operating officer of Toucan’s parent company, Accel Entertainment. Guidroz, who previously led Louisiana operations for Jacobs Entertainment, founded the Louisiana Gaming Association and served as its president until last year.

Krista Raney has been promoted to president and CEO of the LSU Foundation. Raney previously worked as the foundation’s executive vice president for development and led a group of fundraising professionals on campus.

Craig Netterville




Craig Netterville has been promoted to senior vice president and Baton Rouge president of First Horizon Bank. Netterville, who has been a leader on First Horizon’s Baton Rouge team for 20 years, also serves on the Louisiana Civil Service Commission and the finance committee of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.

Manning Greene has joined the law firm Kean Miller as an associate in the Baton Rouge office with a focus on energy-related matters. Greene previously worked at Bradley Murchison.

The Board of Trustees of the HomeBuilders Self Insurers Fund announced its 2026 executive committee. Scott Wallace, owner of Melot Construction LLC and a two-time Builder of the Year honoree from the Home Builders Association of Central Louisiana, has been elected chair. David Champagne, owner of David Champagne Construction and a life director of the St. Tammany Home Builders Association, will serve as vice chair. Randy Noel, founder of Reve Inc. and a member of the Louisiana Builders Hall of Fame, was elected secretary. Rob Hamilton will serve as immediate past chair. Hamilton is the owner of Rob Hamilton Construction and leader of the Louisiana Home Builders Association PAC.
