Bermuda-based reinsurer PartnerRe has announced the appointment of Ankur Gupta as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its India operation.
Gupta brings more than 20 years of industry experience spanning reinsurance, primary insurance and broking.
He joins PartnerRe after nine years at Munich Re, where he most recently served as Head of Client Management, Munich Re India.
Prior to that, he held several senior leadership roles at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, most recently serving as Vice President, International Business Group.
