Demo plans filed for former Hardwick’s Hardware
Hardwick’s is in the foreground. Behind is the two-tower Standard at Seattle, closer to light rail and the UW campus, which opened in 2023.
It’s not a question of when the former Hardwick’s Hardware store will be demolished, but by whom.
