Last October, as the DJC first reported, Bellevue’s Brierwood Center went on the market. That’s an old retail/commercial complex at 12001 N.E. 12th St., south of the Spring District and east of Lake Bellevue. It’s walkable to both Wilburton Station and Spring District Station.
