Times Now Navbharat tops Hindi news OTS rankings with 98.43% in Week 29’26: Chrome DM Report


Mumbai: Chrome DM has released its latest Opportunity to See (OTS) report for Week 29’26 (July 18–24, 2026), providing an overview of channel availability across Hindi and English news channels in India. The report offers insights into distribution reach and accessibility, helping broadcasters, advertisers and distribution stakeholders assess market presence and identify expansion opportunities.

Hindi News Channels

According to the report, Times Now Navbharat recorded the highest Opportunity to See (OTS) among Hindi news channels at 98.43%, closely followed by Zee News at 98.42%.

The remaining top five Hindi news channels were:

  • Times Now Navbharat – 98.43% OTS
  • Zee News – 98.42% OTS
  • Aaj Tak – 97.99% OTS
  • News18 India – 96.34% OTS
  • ABP News – 96.09% OTS

English News Channels

In the English news category, Republic TV topped the OTS rankings with 94.46%, followed by RT News at 81.61%.

The top five English news channels were:

  • Republic TV – 94.46% OTS
  • RT News – 81.61% OTS
  • CNN News18 – 76.62% OTS
  • India Today – 71.32% OTS
  • Mirror Now – 64.71% OTS

Chrome DM said the report demonstrates its expertise in measuring Opportunity to See (OTS) by focusing on channel distribution and accessibility across television households in India. The findings are intended to support broadcasters, advertisers and distribution partners in evaluating network reach and optimising distribution strategies.

OTS (Opportunity to See) represents the percentage of channel connectivity or availability across television households, factoring in the off-take of channel packages across all reported distribution platforms in India.
