TVS Motor Company Appoints Industry Veteran Peyman Kargar as New CEO

CHENNAI – In a significant leadership transition, TVS Motor Company announced that it has appointed Peyman Kargar, currently serving as the company’s President of International Business, as its new Director and Chief Executive Officer.

The change in leadership is set to take effect on January 27, 2027. Kargar will be taking the reins from the long-standing incumbent, K.N. Radhakrishnan, who has steered the company through a period of substantial growth and global expansion.

According to the official announcement, Radhakrishnan will remain in the CEO role until the transition date of January 27, 2027. To ensure a seamless handover and continuity of the company’s strategic vision, Radhakrishnan will move into a non-executive director role following his departure from the CEO office.
