Officers think there were people around when the house was broken into on Saturday evening
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary following an incident in Marton. Cleveland Police officers were called to reports that a house in Cambridge Avenue was broken into at around 7.30pm on Saturday, June 20.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a burglary to come forward. A force spokesperson said: “Two male suspects are reported to have broken into a property around 7:30pm.
“Officers believe there may have been people in the area around the time of the incident. Two men aged 22 and 48 have been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary and they remain in police custody at this time.”
