International law firm Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has officially inaugurated its new London headquarters at 25 Moorgate, marking a transformative milestone in the firm’s global real estate strategy. This strategic relocation underscores the firm’s long-term commitment to fostering an innovative, client-centric, and sustainable working environment in the heart of the City of London.
Strategically positioned within walking distance of Moorgate, Liverpool Street, and Bank stations, the new office is designed to meet the evolving needs of a modern legal practice. The facility prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, featuring dedicated client floors, sophisticated business lounge areas, expansive terraces, and a rooftop club space. By integrating high-end hospitality elements with professional functionality, WFW aims to create a workplace that encourages both internal synergy and meaningful client engagement.

Beyond its prime location, the move to 25 Moorgate reflects the firm’s dedication to environmental responsibility. The building serves as a model for low-carbon office design, utilizing advanced energy-efficient glazing, superior insulation, and rainwater harvesting technology. Shane Kelly, Principal Director at TP Bennett, noted that the project was designed with “hospitality in mind.” By focusing on a “curated, experience-driven workplace,” the design team successfully crafted a warm, welcoming environment that mirrors the firm’s unique culture.
The successful delivery of the project was supported by a team of industry experts, including project managers CBRE, fit-out contractor Structure Tone, and real estate advisor Squarebrook.
