Alaina Scott, the eldest daughter of rap legend Eminem, has welcomed her first child. The 32-year-old, who the ‘Lose Yourself’ rapper legally adopted in the early 2000s, has been one of the more private members of his family over the years. That changed on Thursday, April 16, when she took to Instagram to share the joyful news that she and husband Matt Moeller had welcomed a baby girl.Scott and Moeller are now parents to a daughter named Scottie Marie, born on Tuesday, April 14. The first photos showed the newborn dressed in a custom knit onesie with her name on it. “My heart outside my body. She’s everything and more. Scottie Marie Moeller, born 4/14/26. Welcome to the world, my sweet darling,” Scott wrote in her caption.

Scott also revealed the touching inspiration behind her daughter’s name. “Scottie, in honor of my ‘scott sisters.’ The women who have given my name and my life so much meaning. May she now give it a meaning of her own and always know how loved she is, by mom and dad, and her aunties.”She also shared a heartfelt message for her husband. “To my husband, I can’t believe she’s ours. Thank you for giving me the greatest gift of my life. I love you endlessly.”

Scott first announced her pregnancy on Instagram in October 2025. She and Moeller were photographed in a field holding up a white onesie reading “Baby Moeller” and “Coming 2026.” Other photos showed Scott revealing the news to Moeller by walking him blindfolded through their home. Once he removed his blindfold, he saw his wife holding a box with a pregnancy test and gold balloon letters reading “Baby M.”“THE BEST OF YOU + ME,” Scott wrote at the time. “For months, I’ve carried a tiny heartbeat inside me, one that has already changed mine in every possible way.
