Galaxy S25’s Galaxy AI Call Screening now supports Hindi in India

Samsung’s latest flagship non-foldable smartphone lineup, the Galaxy S26 series, debuted the stable version of One UI 8.5. It brought many features. One of them was Call Screening. It uses Galaxy AI to answer unknown callers, ask their name and purpose for calling, and transcribes their responses live on your screen so you can decide how to handle them.

The brand expanded Call Screening to older devices, including the Galaxy S25 series, with the stable One UI 8.5 update. Now, the company is updating the feature on its flagship smartphones from 2025 with support for Hindi, a language that is widely used in India, making Call Screening on the Galaxy S25 more useful for people in the country (via Tarun Vats).

Samsung is offering support for Hindi for Call Screening on the Galaxy S25 with an update to the Language Pack. To get it, open the Galaxy Store, tap on the icon with three lines on the top-left corner of the screen, and select Updates

Here, you should be able to see an update for the Language Pack, which reportedly has a size of around 2GB. Tap on the update icon in the listing or the Update all button at the top-right corner of the screen to download and install it.
