The event, organised by Be One Homes, will take place on Blackshaw Lane, Deane on August 10 between 10am and 12pm.
The meeting point will be the end of Blackshaw Lane near the high-rise flats.
The poster for the event notes that the ‘roads surrounding the high-rise blocks are heavily affected by litter‘.
Be One Homes are hoping to bring together locals residents, volunteers, and partners to tackle the problem and ‘improve the environment for everyone.’
The poster said: “Whether you can spare an hour or stay for the whole event, your support would be greatly appreciated.
