Because the facility is operational upon close, sponsors are now able to begin program onboarding immediately, aiming to secure clinical and commercial supply chains by 2027.
The East Norriton site is purpose-built for high-throughput operations. It features eight Grade B/C cleanrooms, a Grade C ballroom, and a dedicated Grade B fill-finish suite. Beyond its current production capabilities, the facility includes on-site quality control, analytical testing laboratories, and high-bay warehousing. Perhaps most significantly for future growth, the property contains 30,000 square feet of expansion space, with architectural plans already in place to add eight additional ballrooms.
