EA Engineering wins $3m PFAS source study contract in Detroit
The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) has selected EA Engineering, Science, and Technology to investigate sources of PFAS entering the Oakwood Sewer District in Detroit, Michigan, in a contract valued at approximately $3m.
The work will focus on source identification and prioritisation, based on the relative contributions of PFAS mass loading within the sewershed before it enters the wastewater treatment plant.
