Buses are running instead of trains on Bank Holiday Monday
The Northern train service between Newcastle and Horden in County Durham is off on Bank Holiday Monday. Here is everything you need to know about the temporary change:
- There’s no Northern trains operating between Newcastle and Horden in County Durham today.
- Buses are running instead of trains via Heworth in Gateshead.
- The trains are being replaced by buses due to engineering works.
- Northern say: “Engineering improvement works will affect train services on a number of routes on our network this weekend.”
