FREMONT – The transformation of a prominent North 36th Street site is moving into high gear. Following a successful land acquisition this past May, Vancouver-based Holland Partner Group has officially commenced site preparation for its latest development at 452 N. 36th St.

Demolition of the existing older structures concluded recently, clearing the way for crews to begin the intensive process of grading and groundwork. The site has become a hive of activity, with Malcom Drilling currently deploying heavy-duty machinery to prepare for the critical shoring phase, which will secure the perimeter ahead of deep excavation.

Pedestrians passing by the site will notice significant infrastructure in place, including a series of dewatering tanks stationed along the curb. Despite the heavy construction activity, the sidewalk remains open, allowing the neighborhood’s foot traffic to navigate past the bustling job site.
